I dont doubt players aren't performing to their true potential but seems to me they're just as confused as us at these tactics, their confidence is shot, simplify it, let them do more traditional roles, allow the midfield to have an impact on the game, and drill the fk out of them with defensive and offensive plays, won't take long before they begin to trust a system they know.
And this is where it gets confusing. It's very tough to sack a gaffer when you're playing Tuesday & Saturday

Exactly. His Hamburg team had a lot of ex Bundesliga players and maybe over there the system works. It doesn't work over here.
