A guess based on what I’ve been told Moore O9 Mepham Ballard Alese Mayenda Rigg Neil Watson Isidor Connolly all out attack
that’s actually my favourite out of all the options I’ve seen. You say all out attack but actually it allows us to keep in our 4-4-2 defensive shape really well, and then also counter at pace I’d probably have Patto in goal tho
don’t necessarily mind that either. Hard worker and good in tight spaces. Probably prefer that to Aouchiche or Harrison
Can see that working quite well tbh, it’s bold, but probably best use of available players and keeping our shape. To quote RLB, going to be “interesting!”
A bit off topic but I noticed in The Sun on line that Man Utd may be letting Amad go in January. His contract expires soon and it may be a free. He is currently on £27k per week. He is one of 7 players they have said could be away in January. Anyway, back to the Millwall game versus our Reserves.
Cracking thread as usual @RTB, you never fail. 14 pages, and still 90 minutes to k/o....it's took me a while to read through today. Yeah we've got players missing, but the ones coming in are decent as well. Millwall are a bit of an odd one, they don't play great but they do seem to grind out results, normally by the odd goal. I think they're worse than their league position suggests. Limit their set pieces around the box, I think we cope with their open play. Im going for a 3 - 1 win to the lads, Rigg, Isidor and Mayenda with the goals. Ha'Way The Lads
Dunno if it’s the break or the mad team we need to pick but I’m so buzzing for this one edit it’s the 6 pints I’ve had I think
I'm not expecting anything today. They're in good form and we're severely depleted. I guess this is where we find out if we're a top 6 team or title contenders.
Going off what Reggie said in his press conference, it seems that he only wants players who totally understand and know how to play in the formation we use. So the side Madmackem has posted makes sense. Like RLB, I'm excited to see what the team is and how we can play with the other players coming in. The extra height at the back could help us today with Millwall throwing balls into the box. Keep a clean sheet and another Wilson special and jobs a good un
Well yes, that's true. What I meant is that it's the kind of obstacle that tests the resilience of a champion.
I’m generally not crude but if we were able to get him back in a Sunderland shirt and playing for us I would **** myself into oblivion
