In my experience you generally don’t want the ball hanging up in the air when you’ve got the likes of Cooper attacking it against you.

 

I'd be inclined to stand off them and concentrate on winning the second ball ...

... possibly what we'd intended to do anyway.

We did that for much of the Luton game iirc.

 

I’m actually of the opinion that this isn’t a bad game for Hume and Cirkin to be missing. Forces Ballard to come in which he otherwise probably wouldn’t have. Will obviously dent us as an attacking force but may equip us better against an aerial onslaught.
