What's gone they were a PL team last season. Have they lost a lot of players?

 

Another game, just like the last 4, that looks eminently winnable .... on paper.

Unfortunately though it's played on Kenilworth Road's grass.
Lose this = falling like a heavy stone = really is time to worry.
Luton also need a good result, even more so on the back of their 5-1 loss at the weekend.
I just don't see us doing it.

 

People living in Luton, branded the "worst place to live in England", claim it is "unsafe" and that "everyone is unhappy about something”
Despite the high crime rates, violence in the town centre & an excessive number of businesses closing local residents were heard saying “it could be worse, it could be Bridlington”

I know it's a wind-up, but visiting places like Luton help remind you how fortunate we are to live round here.
Bridlington is a relative paradise.
Can you imagine living in Luton?

 

Brid is fine don't know what the issue is with it. Not a lot there but that's the appeal, to someone stuck in the mad rat race of West Yorkshire anyway (at least until I can scrape enough together to move to Hull)

I lived in Luton in 1981 - what a dump - I did a night time bar job in a pub called the Compasses on Farley Hill - the place was full of aged Irish republican navvies shouting 'up the republic' all night and bragging about who they'd shot - bunch of ****ing idiots - the landlord had a small baseball bat which he would slam on the bar every time the arguing got out of hand which was often every night - they were always pissed with an Old Holborn roll up hanging off their bottom lips - think I was the first Yorkshireman ever to work in there

 

Bingo!

 

He just has an inferiority complex about the people from there.

Once went to Luton to pick up a full set of seats and door cards for a sierra xr 4x4, got them
Really cheap but when I left felt dirty all the way home…nothing to do with the Price, the place was an absolute ****hole….

 

There used to be 325 pubs and Clubs in Luton(more pubs than Portugal has hotel beds)...

Only 40 left now.

 

Rest have been smashed up by aging Irish navvies.
