Yep that’s always been my view. And it will have been a good season if we do.

Deserved to win on the difference between the quality of goals but unfortunately it doesn't work like that. Should have had it wrapped up on several occasions and we didn't. Very disappointing.

You make your own luck. Isidor had no right whatsoever to finish that chance to put us a goal up but he did. The same can be said at the other end of the pitch, you gamble on shots and deflections. O’nien screaming at isidor is laughable

Yeah top 6 is the aim, easy to get giddy when we’re top but we still have a good cushion on 7th, this one will sting though and we’re short on bodies for millwall which is a concern but I’ll worry about that in 2 weeks

One other thing - Mayenda should be above Connolly in pecking order

Agree. Everytime we get Wilson out wide he is poor. Should have left him up front and plheed Watson wide to catch them on the break. Shouldnt have went 5 back.

Gutted we didn't get that third. Several opportunities and we have got to take one of them.

Super goals in the first half but the shine got well and truly taken off.

Lessons to be learned, I hope.
Quite even, those stats. We had some great openings which won't show in there of course.

We did. Neil has an easy pass to Connoly and played it behind him.

Will be sharing the top spot this time tomorrow unfortunately, disappointing result to say the least after being 2 up.

Struggling to understand how we can be so good in the 1st half and then come out and get bossed in the 2nd half... Never mind, a point is a point, we move on

Connolly should have played in Isidor at one point, inside left. Made me angry. Roberts had better options with that shot at the end, as well.

One of those days for recriminations but these lads have done brilliantly. Doesn't feel right to have too much of a go.

Hard to take that. Serious question marks over RLB and the players decision making in the 2nd half. Not good enough at all.

A lot of positives to take from the first half but that 2nd half is so bad. Can anyone explain why we are so against controlling games through possession? 5 minutes of possession can completely kill a game off.

Connolly cannot be the backup striker. Mayenda is 10x the player.

Thoroughly disappointed. Long 2 weeks now before an extremely hard run of fixtures. Hopefully we learn from this.

Absolutely foaming. 2 points thrown away
At half time that game felt done. Worst thing is I don't think they done much to turn it around we sat off them and let them back in. We had 3 or 4 opportunities to kill it at 2-1 and only managed to get a shot away once. Oh and Hume should have been sent off.

    Even Portsmouth battered Preston.

8 points from 7th. Hope this is just a blip. Away to Millwall next
