That is a great watch Don Masson looked class Never used to love him but I guess that was because he was surrounded by class
I can't for one moment imagine any of our current lot attempting to play like that, especially on a bone hard pitch, ball bouncing around....shows the skills that were in that side...... Also at that time Massive were a bloody good side, hard as nails but some brilliant players, all internationals as well.... mind I think all bar Webby were internationals also.....
Thoughts on starting 11? I'm going 3-4-2 Nardi Dunne Cook Field Smyth Verane Morgan Saito Celar Lloyd Obvs not a prayer of this happening and looks terrible anyway! Probs Nardi Dunne Cook Field Ashby Smyth Verane Morgan Madsen Saito Celar So glad I'm going!
With the players available, it’s just rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic. We’ll be sunk by the time we have a fit squad to choose from
I am hoping that we start with eleven players. It would help to keep the score down! (3-4-2 would be not good)
£3 a pint for premium Czech beer in Prague. Does the trick to induce amnesia. Is there a game on tomorrow?
Masson was top quality, it was after he signed we really began to step up, that midfield of ours was awesome...
He’ll probably score now but I wouldn’t bother with Celar for this from the start and obviously not Madsen. **** knows who’s actually available but give Lloyd a start up top. If he tires bring on Kolli. Play Bennie from the start if you have to. Just players with a bit of life in them who can get around the pitch.
