Very poor game imo but it's a point away from home Performance has to be better on Saturday to get 3 points 9 points ahead of 7th at the minute Good sides pick up points when not playing well
I can't really understand how we were that poor and didn't lose. Do we give people the ****s by simply existing? If we got beat 4-0 it'd have been fair. Reg will hold his hand up to say it didn't work, but they just weren't switched on first half, it was worse than Luton. We were terrible on the ball. Extremely disappointed and the only joy I've gotten since seeing the team announced is Leeds losing. I wouldn't start Mundle vs Coventry, he's gotten worse and worse since Watford. Watson was okay but was failed by being part of a poor side.
Next four games as a block look important. Need to kick on after a couple of resolute but unconvincing performances.
hes poor in possession mind. Think he’s kicked the ball off the pitch more in his three games than Patto has all season
Agree mate. Always take a point on the road normally. Bit worrying as I think we have been poor agaisnt QPR before the red and today. But unbeaten.
That's a decent point if a bit of a disappointing performance. The defence was good again. Neil struggled and Mundle is a worry as he seems to have lost confidence. He was poor on Saturday and very poor when he came on tonight. Rigg, for me, was our outstanding player along with O'Nien and Cirkin.
4 out of our last 5 games have been away, we've took 11 points from those 5 games. Would take that all day long.
Fine with the point, especially with Leeds losing. However, that was so poor. Miles off it as a team and so many poor individual performances across the pitch, the midfield three in particular. Missed Jobe so much in the middle of the park, not sure if it was nerves against his former club but Browne was not good at all. Neil looked so slow on the ball and I was baffled by his decision making at times. Rigg I can excuse but still not at his best. Thought Cirkin was poor, made numerous fouls for no real reason. Roberts was decent when he came on and Moore done well again. That's about it. Move on, a point is better than none.
I feel relieved but if we are honest it could have been worse. Shape was better in the second half. Overly sloppy at times which gave us no momentum. Jobe's drive is clearly a miss but a clean sheet cannot be too bad. Need to create more though
Ah man twitter is a hole. Im genuinely concerned for when we go through an actual bad patch later in the season. Which two consecutive clean sheets away from home, is not. RLB’s early success may well come back to haunt him as expectations are way too high.
Yep just said to my dad it's always worrying a couple poor performances in a row. Hopefully bounce back on Saturday. We've had a lot of away games recently and as you said in the championship an away point isn't a bad thing
load of ****e, the standard has dropped badly and they are throwing this season away two struggling teams who conceded 7 goals at home and we cannot score one the pressure is on Sat now, 6th we might scrape at this rate.
Moore? He has been very solid shot stopping but kicked the ball out loads, especially in the first half. Probably not as much as he did last game
Okayish performance and an ok result. Mainly just didn't have the quality/make the right decisions at crucial moments in attack, fortunately neither did Preston. Kept on fumbling it or taking too long around the box. Definitely missed Jobe keeping and winning possession and driving the ball forward but even without him we can do a lot better than that.
Bit worried that we have been iffy away from home recently despite picking up points. We havnt played any of the stronger teams away from home yet. I suspect we'll have to improve in order continue picking up away points.
