And he probably is as we stand currently. European football with Everton, Man U and West Ham to a club in a relegation scrap in the Championship
Acun you want heart attack football then ask me. I got my coaching badge at school when the only formation was 5, 3 2 1!!! Only the oldies on here would be able yo name those positions
2 points taken from playing Oxford, Portsmouth and Derby. 3 points from the last 18 available. I don't think he'll be gone before Sunday, although the planning may have started, but surely nothing less than a win could save him. If after Sunday it's 2 (or even 3) from the last 12 available, and 3 (or even 4) from the last 21 available would surely mean the sack. Instead of progressing, we've gone backwards so dramatically it's undefendable.
I’m not sure Acun will want to face a 20k crowd calling for Walters head when we lose against West Brom. Sacking him now takes the heat off with Dawson in as caretaker manager. I think he might be gone by the morning.
rosie didnt get enough time, then neither did tim its boring all this no manager is coming in to save the club
Rosenior was sacked after underperforming and had us miss out on the playoffs. Tim is gonna be sacked with us playing like **** and down toward the bottom end. They are not the same.
Stupid kick off time, cricket on TV and the current state of things are making me seriously wonder whether to bother making the trip on Sunday
nothings going to change its just boring all this short term bollocks rosie will very likely be sacked from strasbourg by end of season , do we bring him back? management is all a load of balls
Walter could’ve done a good job if he was given the tools, the pile on is crazy. This is much more on the board for summer than it is Walter. Twitter is an absolute horror show this evening
yea it makes me want to pack watching it all in to be honest theres no loyalty, its all just pathetic, and ive been guilty of it too, but i didnt want rosie sacked, and i dont want tim sacked
It really is, we bring in another manager and for one reason or another it wont be enough to get us promoted and so he'll be sacked and on to the next one until maybe one season in the next 30 all the stars align and we go up and then sack the manager because we've not taken to the league above very well.
What have you seen to be able to come to that conclusion? Anything not based on his record at a bigger club in an inferior league where he still didn't meet expectations? Kiel was a long time ago.
Even Shota had the team looking semi competent when it was established. We had a system and we could beat teams. That was torn apart and Shota was the fall guy. Rosenior begins that process again, made us look competent and solid in his first season and then a less chaotic summer lead to a better season. Acun’s recruitment methods meant that another chaotic summer followed and Rosie should’ve been here to oversee that. He’d have likely become a fall guy too because of the ownership we’ve got that are quite literally clueless when it’s comes to running a football club. They can spot a good player, but in terms of building a successful club, utterly hapless
Club football can just be a bit ****e when it’s like this. Huge turnover in playing staff every year, frequent change in managers. Players and coaches generally with no connection to the club they’re representing. ****e. We desperately need some stability, Walter is never going to offer that so best for him to just go now anywhere regardless.
He achieved play off equivalent in both seasons. Beaten by now champions league Stuttgart in his last attempt who achieved it in the season that followed beating him
