Seems odd that he's been so out of it this season when we've been so lacking upfront. Time will tell...

I wouldn't give that much credibility to be honest. More clickbait bollocks.

He was in the bench on Saturday but we ****ed up our substitute windows so were limited to 3 subs…..

Out of contract at the end of this season, has declined to sign a new one and also refused to go out on loan. May not be flavour of the month with the powers that be.

I will happily read the views of RK's many supporters on here but any player who behaves like that on the back of a handful of appearances without scoring or creating anything of real note so far has to be shown the door. He is not in order of time, Trevor Francis, Adel Taarabt, Marcus Rashford, Jude Bellingham or Phil Foden. When he achieves half of what they each did when they first started out we can indulge his inflated ego. He's not exactly putting himself in the shop window with an attitude like that.

Don't think many people know the details of any player contract negotiation. Kollie is on the Bench tonight anyway.

How much money has been spent on his development over the past 11 years? Madness, that we don't blood these youngsters earlier.

Sadly none of our youngsters are yet ready for the rigours of the Championship.
Morgan is the nearest and he's not even one of our own, but like many of his age, he cannot last or expect to last more than 70 mins before mistakes kick in. The Jan TFR window could be the most important yet. Likewise Kolli/Lloyd ........just not ready and unlikely to be good enough in the short, even long term.

    I say why?
I don't believe in this too young to play a full match. If we have some young players give them plenty of minutes on the pitch.
Would they do any worse than the mob we have at least we would start discovering talent earlier.
All the best players around the world started playing 90 mins at 16, 17, 18, and one or two at 15.

I get you to an extent, but after last night, we have to realise we are 100% in a relegation battle. We will not get out of it with the likes of Lloyd, Kolli or Morgan.
Alan Hansen, was right. We need seasoned pro's, a couple of leave the foot in merchants and a lower league striker a la Billy Sharp in his day who can score 10 (not 20) vital goals. BUT...how the hell can we attract anyone given the way we are playing?
We have 4/5 good, fit, players at the moment and that's it. Cook, Nardi, Field, Varane, Saito. Even Cook's getting dragged down.

He was at Spurs and joined us in May this year. I think they let him go, so he signed for us.

How long did Doak play for last night? He’s only 18.

if you are good enough, you are old enough..

    Wrong thread for that comment

He's obviously good but not fair on him to expect him to run the midfield of a relegation threatened soft centred team.
. Plus Doak is playing in a good side and would look crap for us as his good crosses would go un converted.

Evan Ferguson [Brighton] available on loan from January, now wouldn’t that give us a serious upgrade
