Hope you make it to my age. Then people can have a go at you based on your age. Will you still be calling your lad junior then, when he will be in his fifties?

No idea of these things but I'm not sure you could build a ramp to the main entrance without causing issues with the pavement for pedestrian use.

Good point, so I asked them. They do have wheelchair access round the side.

Surely not being able to go in through the front smacks of discrimination or something?

Looks dangerous, all those people packed together on the dangerously sloping terraces ( a copper’s description of the Kempton when the hauled somebody before the courts years ago) Was it referred to anywhere as the Spion Kop? As for being before Liverpool’s the first reference to a Spion Kop at Liverpool was in their local paper in 1906. i do know, because an Arsenal season ticket holder who used to go in my pub never tired of telling Liverpool “fans” , that the first reference to a Spion Kop was about the area behind the goal at Woolwich Arsenal’s ground before they upped sticks and moved to Highbury.
