OK survived todays procedure, back to eating for a while well until the next time as I am going to have to do it all again. Managed to watch most of it on the screens which was interesting in a sort of bizarre way. As a public service announcement I will say if you have any suspicion that things are not right down there go and get it checked out. It's not as bad as you may think and it could save your life.
I had both ends done beginning of August, only got my results last Friday. Though I knew I had to go in for another as soon as they had done it.
Hope the results weren't too bad mate. I haven't needed either one for a while now and just hope that continues.

Duck breast in a curry, would you throw it in the curry and simmer it in the sauce, or fry separately for a few minutes before adding it to the curry at the end? Anyone tried either/both methods?
