5 Bedroom with 3 bathrooms in Durban = 25,000 rand £2000 ish so probably about the same as over here for a mid property. http://www.privateproperty.co.za/montague-drive-umhlanga-rocks-rr348932.htm does look nice mind, but love it when ppl claim something, more rent in a month than you earn in a year, and they are just talking pish (google/internet is a fantastic invention)
