Can this thread be blocked? My fast has started at 3.00pm before a medical procedure tomorrow, all I have to look forward to is two doses of flushing liquid one tonight and one in the morning.

Got one coming up the Monday after Pompey game. A follow up one to one that didn’t work properly. Three does of flushing liquid the day before this time, Really looking forward to that.

Was just going to post about the beef sausages I’m having tomorrow but though better of it…

Got some lovely big English pork sausages going on the bbq tonight, great stuff with a jacket potato and some baked beans.
