Billed as a potential banana skin against a team that are draw specialists.

We outplayed a team of veterans with kids.

    Rigg and Jobe were fantastic.

    Happy days.

Yeah I was saying in car on way back they got a lot of stick last season made some bad choices. However they need huge praise for how they've turned things round on and off the pitch. Was a 5year plan and we are really kicking on this season, recruitment wise Mundle isador and mempham are incredible signings.

Players who got criticized last season are a year older and doing the business now, it's almost as if Speakman's long term strategy needed to be understood as a long term strategy.

Mepham is some boy at the back. On a yellow card and nowt flustered him all game. Looked in complete control.

Rigg and Jobe were fantastic, Dan Neil was also quality and kept us ticking over in midfield. Was praying for Roberts to get one, thw free kick and the cheeky first time effort in the second half were inches away.

First goal was an outstanding team goal with a great header from Jobe (wpuldd love to know how many passes we had before the header), the second goal is an outrageous finish from Wilson but great play by us to press them into the mistake to give us possession.

Cracking 6 days for us. Well done Regis, the players, and to the fans for travelling in numbers away from home and great backing today.

The whole 'Founders' week has been class as well, really enjoyed the old tunes and Z Cars was superb.

anyone mentioned Moore yet. Very controlled, good control and great distribution. Looked confident, looked fit and agile too. An interesting problem for Reggie and Patto.

Just got home and that was just a brilliant performance.

Said to my dad after 10 minutes we had the game sorted and so it was.

The pass for the second goal was an absolute belter and the finish just WOW.

Man of the match could be anyone of Mepham, 09, Neil, Rigg or Jobe. Didn't really work for Mundle today but he put another great shift in and never hid.

Trying not to get carried away, but we really are onto something special here

Don't usually ever comment online as part of my extensive anti-voodoo technology but that was a fantastic win. It felt like we could have spent the entire game exclusively passing inside our own box and won without issue. Usually you can say 'x is hell of a player' after a win but really I think they all showed themselves to be fantastic today. Felt like a training game.

How good was the Jobe pass for Rigg's chance though sublime.

The club as a whole is unrecognizable compared to those bleak days.

I’m the first to pile in on him. Thought he was garbage last season for the most part. That’s gone. He was superb today and has been all season. People can say what they want about me and my opinions but I love this club. Buzzing here. Drinks flowing in town and the feeling is immense. Roll on the trip down the big smoke next weekend, then Preston midweek. HA’WAY THE LADS

RLB fascinates me he obviously wants to play good football as we saw today but not at all costs. He gets what the game is about his main drive is to get points and we will play whatever style is best suited. We have just won theee in a row and controlled all the games but on completely different ways

That was a joy to watch, our £100 million midfield 3 were superb.
Rigg & Jobe are Rolls Royces and regardless of Neil’s poor recent form on todays showing there will be some big clubs lining up to pay big money for those 3, long may they continue to grace our pitch. Special mention to Hume, he’s back !

He's been an absolute revelation, tactically so good and sets us up so well.

The players are working their bollocks off for him and the shirt.

    Long may it continue
