KLD, Speakman and Le Bris have performed some sort of witchcraft on this club. The difference between those days bumbling around in League 1 to now is ridiculous.
That's the performance i've been waiting for. In control throughout, creating chances while not allowing the opposition to have any of note, dominating possession, pressing high. Just top class. Shows the flexibility of the players and coaching staff to put in the performance at Luton and then todays, polar opposite.
excellent performance to a man, Oniensta and Mephdini at the back solid and composed. The range of finishes from isidor from getting a toe on things, to running 100 yards and chipping the keeper through to volleys. Have we find that missing piece.
its refreshing to see a coach imprint himself on our style and as you say, adopt to who we are playing. It's really impressive.
Feel like we need to talk more about how outstanding a pickup Wilson van Basten has been. He’s gangly, he moves strange, he is always grinning like a bairn… But **** me he’s effective. He’s always on the move, he’s always after a shot. He’s scoring absolutely superb goals, and he’s doing the dirty graft as well. By the time you add on the absolutely fantastic to see way he he’s bought into the club and what appears to be real love he has for us and the club already, absolutely ****ing brilliant signing. Cracking fella, cracking player, cracking fit. Sometimes gets a little overlooked because we have Jobe and Rigg, we have Mundle running and maybe more eye catching. Love the lad. Wilsoooooooooon.
Just back - really professional and competent performance - hard to single people out as they all contributed at some point in the game The goals had that wow factor as well
