    HA'WAY THE LADS

    MACKEMS ATTACKEM

    Cheers @RTB , I'll take another 7-0 drubbing :emoticon-0148-yes: <laugh>

    But I'll be happy with a 1-0

Last Nightshift tonight with one day off FFS  so hopefully awake early enough to watch from the start.

Nice to see Isidore hitting the ground running. Think he's going to be special for us this season.

    It's all come together nicely.

Might try and get to the Preston game.

    Coooomon.

Fancy us to comfortably beat these to be honest. Big away wins like Luton mean nout if we can’t win our follow-up “easier” home games. They’ve picked up some points at home but won 0 out of 5 away and I expect that to continue.

3-0 Isidor to bag a brace.

I think if there is any change it will be Roberts for Browne....if things aren't broken then no need to change....2 - 0 to the lads. Same two scorers during the week....Mundle and the boy wonder.....HTL!!!

3-0 to the lads, with Connolly bagging his first goal for us.

I will have to get that sorted for the next time, just seems overly complicated to me. I suppose they must have had people taking the mickey now there’s nobody on the turnstiles checking that people with kids tickets look like kids and people on over 65 tickets look over 65. Would have been nice if the club considered that before sacking them all off.

Still can't shake that 'Sunderland' feeling, things going well so expect a kick in the balls. Unfortunately it happened at Plymouth.

Not much rest from Luton, but hopefully manage it like we did Vs Derby at the very least.

Teams that finish top two usually have best squad. Would like to see Connolly & Aleksic start to freshen things up and let everyone know that everyone has an opportunity to play a role. Make changes when on the up and not just to cover injuries and suspensions. 3 points, if we have same intensity as Wednesday and crowd stay patient. Every game is a battle especially when top of league.

Would bring Roberts back in for Rigg here. Would be tempted by Connolly in for Isidor also.

Oxford are the best of the promoted sides in my opinion and have a serious shot at survival. Hard to beat which is shown by them coming into the game on a 5 game drawing streak and when they do lose it's only been by 1 goal. Goodrham playing from the right side of midfield is their standout player in my view, has a really good shot on him so we need to be wary of that.

I wouldn't be surprised if we start slow here coming off the back of a tough week with 2 hard away wins, while Oxford had 2 home games. I expect us to win though, no knock on Oxford but as potential promotion challengers you need to be beating the newly promoted sides at home.

    2-1. Connolly and Mepham.

I think a front 3 of Connolly, Mundle and Isidor is our best option. I'm not saying Wilson isn't a striker but he looks to me like he's more suited to playing out wide and he'd be just as dangerous.

Connolly is a classy striker who knows the role inside out, good at holding it up and the rest. Same age as Wilson but he looks more comfortable and effective there.

I’d like to see that too
Maybe Mundle Mayenda Isidor as a front 3 too

I'd probably prefer that when Mayenda's back because I'm not sure where Connolly will be next season.
