Awful half of football. Ref not helping, Luton's style is minging but we've let ourselves get bullied. Changes needed

Their player was on Patterson entirely to distract him, he was offside.

I wish we had more quality on the bench. Not sure who could come on and really change things in a game like this

Refs letting them bully us by not giving obvious fouls that you’d get any other game not at the “kenny”

Aye. Get 3 attackers on and keep the ball. I’d go 3 4 3. Mundle right Isidor left Connelly. Brown right. Needs to be in their half. Stop the forward hoofs and they have nothing.
Lucky mind, not sure if their player on the line impeded someone but we seem lucky.

I wouldn’t rush to change too much. We’ve defended well.

I doubt Roberts is ready to play 45 mins so I’d give it another 15 then get him on for Rigg or Browne.

Connolly maybe for Isidor on 60 mins as well.

wouldn’t bring anybody else in. Not whilst it’s 0-0

Their high press is killing us, pleased to get in level, worry for Patto coming out second half.
biggest test so far has RLB got an answer.

    Goal was definitely offside

think we’ve defended brilliantly and any saying we’ve played bad is off it for me.

this game was going to go like this and we’ve not gave them a chance. Bar one corner maybe

we’ve had a couple chances on the counter

disappointed with isidors ability to hold up the ball for the size of him mind. I’d get Roberts on in 15 mins when they tire and the game settles down and get at that

good first half for me did exactly what RLB wanted and that’s control their chances

It’s not. Look the lad in front of Patto. 3 yards off when the ball goes forward, then jumps to try to win it. If the linesman has got it wrong by giving the scorer off, he’s got it right because he was offside. He didn’t just stand out of the way. He tried to win the ball

Neil getting bundled over, handballs. Dreadful reffing at times.
Could have been 2 up mind early on.

Doesn't matter if he didn't head he went for the ball so he's offside

Worth saying that it’s all been pressure so far. They haven’t created all that much in the way of shots.

Stay in the game, they can't keep up that intensity all game. When it drops try and make the most of it

Somehow, we've had the better chances. But that really wasn't good. Can't get out, forward players unable to hold the ball, slack passing, physically dominated (although I think we should be getting more from the ref). We have zero control especially in central areas and a lack of a ball carrier on the right side so we are forced to hit the space in behind for Mundle and thats our only shot of beating their press. Poor decision to play Rigg wide for me.

Correct decision on that offside mind, Clark scored from 3 yards following a corner on Saturday and it looks like we've done our homework by leaving him offside on the 2nd balls.

Get more control and we can definitely get something. The space in wide areas is there.

Why does he deserve credit for that first half he’s been poor? So have Rigg, Browne, Hume etc. I’m just saying as the captain you expect something. Would you see Roy Keane dawdling around the pitch daydreaming if his team had backs to the wall like that? Henderson? Rodri? Rice? The best DM’s who were all club captains all have some fight in them and he just doesn’t look he has sorry. They’re screaming instructions at players. It’s not all about technical ability when you’re given the armband.

Another was offside. He jumped for the ball so is active even if he missed it.

He doesn’t have to head it. Only go
For it as he is then interfering
