Urgh, I agree there. Only ever had cottage cheese once. Hopefully never, ever will again. Made me feel sick.
Nothing like the tinned pickled fish they have as a 'speciality' in Norway. That **** can make you vomit from 100 yards away.
Sprouts are ****ing delicious… lightly boiled so they keep a green crunch, boil the water then add them (small/medium ones) for 7 minutes - sliced and grilled with olive oil and garlic… or slice them and pan fry in very hot butter before adding whisked eggs for a top omelette cottage cheese is just some tasteless spunk - avoid unless served with grilled sprouts
Cut in half and steam first then fry with the above, also included bacon cos my missus is vege but doesn't like sprouts so I can do **** like that.
I don't boil them for long.... just get in me... it's the potassium I'm after as much as protein. Without potassium protein is useless.
