cheers again RTB... good game that, taking the actual play from both teams i thought it was a good 'scrap' with both teams having plenty of the ball but not a lot being created, the way hull were playing i had a feeling it would be decided on a break away goal. neil has had a bit of stick but he followed on from last game and just did what he should, jobe and rigg i thought were not as good as normal but still had good games (not sure i like rigg on the outside), mundle/roberts have also had better games. wilson did what you want from a striker, had feck all to do all game (or if he did he struggled) then he gets one good chance, a lot still to do and i bet i am not the only one who thought he had messed it up, but it was an excellent 'stop-start' move to get his extra yard on the defender followed by a perfect chip over the keeper. gonna finish with the defence, looking very solid this season and improving as they go, onien keeps proving the doubters wrong but mepham has made his spot secure i reckon with another sterling job. my MotM has to go to mepham, stayed deep and was there to mop it all up and is a big reason that hull got nowt on target. ref was ok, usually don't like the lad but no big decisions missed/wrong and apart from his ball stopping ability kept the game flowing.
Setting your team up to be wide open if you lose the ball from your own corner despite conceding in the exact same fashion a few weeks ago is what doesn't help you mate. Grow up.
He should be more worried about how ****e his own team were on the counter. Got into decent positions and ****ed up the final pass a number of times.
That should be another sanction, he's clearly lying ... "He apologised for the situation." ... there's absolutely no chance that Madley apologised for that goal.
Aye, they were wide open. And the ref barely got in the way. He didn't stop the ball he blocked a players view for a matter of seconds ffs! Excuses!
I thought what's he apologising for he did **** all wrong but think you might be right it could be bullshit
He's lying through the teeth he got on their break to Turkey last week ... ... don't tell me they went for training matches
We can't play great every game, but today was a big positive ,as we have shown we can win ugly when needed. This young team continues to learn and adapt .
Before the game started when the 2 teams and the mascot kids line up then shake hands, did you notice that Luke also shook hands with the mascots. Classy from the Onion.
