Think the ref has been excellent today. I can see why the Hull fans are pissed off, but I'd don't think he's got much wrong.

Funny game we need a bit quicker thinking in and around the box but beware of the sucker punch.

Not the game I was expecting. I thought Hull would be more attacking but it's us that's taking the game to them. Mundle needs to step up as does Jobe. Paddy Roberts needs to get into this game more as well for the amount of time he has in the ball.

in the last few mins of that half they should have had a penalty and ONien got caught in possession as last man and shouldn’t have had a free kick.

ref has been poor but luckily in our favour!!!

Hull have a lot of pace in the side and I think that's causing us issues. We are used to having more pace than the opposition. Got used to seeing Mundle burn past defenders but he hasn't bee able t0.

Roberts has been so poor. He's getting the ball with 10/20 yards of space and just allowing 2 defenders to come across. Also, either him or Rigg need to be more comfortable with their right foot, both have had multiple opportunities to get to the byline and cut it back but have turned it down in favour of coming inside.

Isidor needs to do more both in and out of possession. He must be getting on the end of that Hume cross.

Think we've been pretty good in possession outside of the final ball. They look dangerous on the counter attack and I feel like they'll get the pass right eventually and score. Mepham has been good covering the ground to stop the counters though, do think he got away with one at the end though.

    Can definitely win this.

Need to move the ball quicker in the final third, Roberts is slowing it down too much. From what I've seen of Connolly he could be the man with the keys in this one.

I'm trying hard not to get on Roberts back, but mate, track back, get the ball into the box first time, stop trying to be a smartarse and taking on that extra player.

Someone please shoot from outside the box.

Roberts looks like he’s running through treacle even when chasing back.

Watching live here. Plenty of possession but no end product. Roberts too predictable. Doesn’t help Rigg normally closest to him is left footed too. Need to go on outside not continually cutting inside. Don’t know why we don’t swap wingers for a while just to mix it up. Need to get the ball upfront quicker. We are playing within ourselves so we got to watch the quick break. Hopefully we can get the goal we need. Think I would look to bring on Browne and Connolly after 60 mins and go for it.

Started well. Not getting anything from wide areas, their fullbacks nullifying Roberts and Mundle. Need to mix it up a bit more for me with a little more directness. Mepham done very well.

Looked like a hand that to me. Can’t see if he meant it like.
My view of first half - a better right winger and we’re ahead. Roberts back to last year. He’s so one dimensional they put a right footed left back on and he’s just waiting for him to come inside. Go wide ffs. Terrible half. I’d get a right sided player on there.
Vulnerability - most breaks on us are from us losing the ball- Roberts sometimes on the right, more often one of 09, Cirkin or Munoe on the left side. Feels very last season that performance and needs changing somehow.
Besr two players have been centre backs - Mepham and their young lad lcb not sure of his name

Need to move it faster and be a bit more direct Roberts getting acres of space but not really producing anything Would love to see him give Watson a good run out think it set up for him

We've done what I expected and killed the game so far.

Now we need to speed up the attacks and get some shots away.

Neil is so pedantic with the ball and offering no attacking threat, will be ever score again ...

... but, worse than that, he just strolls back when Hull break which is scary.

Browne for Neil and Connolly for Isidor can't come quick enough for me.

Really like their right back Louis Coyle. Think we were linked with him way back. He’s been very solid against Mundle today
