Reminds me of the day of getting lost in the car and finding my way back from Victoria station, although before the days of speed cameras and other zones. Got a call about 2-3am in the morning from my lad, him and his mate were coming back from a gig and no surprise missed the last train home. No Sat Nav's in them days, but I had regularly driven up to Guys Hospital so knew my way about of sorts. Only trouble was although I got there perfectly ok and in no time at all, I think it was a one way system and so I couldn't turn and go back the way I came, no maps, nowt, but eventually found my way back out. I'm sure I made it more difficult than it actually was.
Certain boroughs will wack you more than others from past memory, them being Lambeth, Newnham and Westminster, bunch of shysters those three.
