Sorry I missed you, I was front row ringside on the right and as I’m not allowed near the bar, I didn’t leave my seat all night. Ted definitely needs to get more aggressive.
My mum had both done and went from barely being able to walk, to joining a walking club and doing 10k walks on a weekend. She was pain free for years, but then got sciatica and has trouble walking again, but she’s in her 80’s.
As said previously, do what the physioterrorists tell you to do, no more and no less. Doing more and pushing yourself can be tempting, but also set you back. Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery.
At the minute, try the mindset that it's x number of days since you're op and think how far you've come, then add those days from now and then you'll be even better.
