Palmer is a great player, but he’s really lazy defensively.

Think Greece were understandably geared up for this, but Carsley set the team up like absolute **** and its been all down hill from there.

Players have done themselves no favours regardless though, we shouldn't look like a relegation threatened PL side.

All three offside goals were offside to the naked eye. Before VAR there wouldn’t have been three disallowed goals - the whistle would have been blown earlier.

 

The two goals they have scored have been some of the limpest defending I ever saw!

 

This performance has the whiff of McClaren about it.

 

Think that is being harsh on McLaren honestly.

Those Croatia and Russia teams were considerably better than Greece are, although they did play out of their skin today.
