Just seen a story of an Albanian thief returned under the agreement, sneaked back into the UK was arrested, and we can't send him back because he has had a kid with a Lithuanian woman both on benefits, and ENH RC says we can't send him back. In the meantime we are paying them to build a prison there on our taxpayer money to house the Criminals we send back, in the luxury the EU want for them
I have seen this before from us, "oh we can't send him back because he will be executed for the crimes he commited there" So ****ing what, you know the penalty in your own country so if you do the crime you should expect it.

Every illegal immigrant/refugee can't be returned because of human rights laws or too dangerous to return to their country of origin, so we are basically stuck with them, a few simple rules should be set in order for them to stay; 1) Everyone of them will be microchipped so that they can be tracked at all times. 2) Everyone of them will be required to work for six months doing agricultural work in order to earn a national insurance number. 3) Once they have a national insurance number they receive a bank account(a government one) where all wages or benefits will be paid into. It would be illegal for them to have another bank/building society account. 4) They must declare whether they have a wife/children 'back home' they wish to join them after completing five years of being a law abiding citizen, they will also be unable to leave the UK in this time. 5) They must be fluent in English by the end of their trail period 6) Anyone found guilty of a serious crime will be locked up in a prison just for dangerous foreign criminals awaiting deportation and if they survive to the end of their sentence will be deported. Genuine asylum seekers would have no problem accepting and conforming to these rules, the nonces and ponces might just stay in France.
