Is everywhere. Man City have released a statement breaking the tribunal results down. Apparently APT rules have been found illegal in their current and previous forms, on numerous points.
So this WAS about their 115 charges as well. Interesting. Always believed that whilst City bought success, they did it accumulating zero debt, transformed a ****hole of an area, and all anybody from the big 5 could do was be jealous. However it now means we can get proper investment finally.
The Premier League statement suggests they will continue using the rules and only a minor remedy is required... probably another vote that will work against Newcastle. Either that or they're trying to save face. I think Newcastle need to just break the apt rules immediately tbh.
Anyone with half a brain always knew these rules were anti competitive. The Premier League loses every legal case.. it's time to just ignore the rules.
In this arbitration process, Chelsea, Newcastle, Nottingham Forest and Everton all acted as witnesses for City.
Witnesses for the Premier League were Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham, Brighton and West Ham.

Can someone say precisely how this will benefit us? What exact changes are the PL going to have to make? I haven't read anything yet that would signal the billions
