A nice little birdie 3 to start the week off. Wasn't looking too promising after a blank on word one. Weekly chart to follow later.
Another dull day in Cumbria but cheered up with an Eagle. 1 of each, 1st letter correct, took a stab and bingo in went the putt.
Morning all from the Whitty household where a sunny Monday morning brings a birdie for Mrs W but a dull par for me after an unlucky 3rd guess that hit the post. Me GOYOO GGOYO GGGOG GGGGG MRS W GOYOO GOOGG GGGGG
Two juicies, converted, those and a juicy before obviousity (yes, it is a word . . . . sort of) gave me a par
No it isn't. Take out the "u" Had to look that up as I was thinking good job this isn't a 10 letter Wordle
Chart for the Week. Not the best of weeks, with only x6 scores under 25. No fails this week, but there's x4 in the 30's club. Star of the week, and quite a way out in front is @cumbrianmackem with a score of 20. Considering all the other scores, 20 is an excellent return. . Blokes been ill and still wipes the floor with us. Hope you and your good lady are on the mend now. . Runner up spot, (and the honourable mentions) is shared between @flandersmackem, @malagamackem, @TornMiniscus, @Whittylad and Blondies Lad, all with 24. An apology. @TornMiniscus I have changed your missus name to (TM) Julie D, I had it down last week as Torn Missus, and it was only when I saw it after I posted last week's chart I realised that it didn't sound very good! The TM is just to keep it alphabetical, it's easier to enter your scores together. No offence intended mate . Now, on to the 30's club. 4 of us in there this week, so myself and @SAFCDRUM be on our best behaviour as there are a couple of ladies present....and I don't mean Jennifer the barmaid. Luckily, I got in there before everyone else so sorted her out ..sorry @Ron.
