I think this is the worst I’ve seen since LM took over. Usually, we’ve played well and not taken chances, then fall behind. Bar the first 10-15 mins we’ve been poor, back to the start of last season level of performance so far. Very disappointing, still time yet though….

 

Knight has offered next to nothing this season, and far less than that so far today… I’d take him off and go 2 up top

Just not good enough today, or this week tbh. 2 points from home games against Sheff Weds & Cardiff is a poor return, after a good point at Swansea.

 

Disappointing tbh.. Final third was bloody poor.

 

two draws against two awful teams, keeps him in the job a bit longer.

 

He wasn’t going to get fired today, don’t buy into Red Robins BS rhetoric. SL stands by his managers, he didn’t fire LJ or Red Robins man crush, Nige after worse runs than this….

 

Our points gained against two sides we should be more than capable of beating, including bottom side Cardiff, tallied up to a great 2 points and it shows we are not up to the task. After yet another match where we had the bulk of play during the first 45 but looked unlikely to score we came out after the interval and started to look like the Bristol City of old. Cardiff's goal was all down to Mehmeti trying his usual tricks, whereby he is most likely to lose the ball, and as a direct follow up the ball was in the back of the net to put us down 0-1. I just can't see a plan showing up on the pitch other than hoping for the best and yet again all of those faults were on display today and the inevitable draw was luckily on the cards. I hope Pring's injury is not too serious and he recovers well because there were many players out there today who did not live up to what it says on the tin. Surely we have to get way better from a squad that was expected to make us a stronger across the field but as yet I am still waiting to see those dreams come to fruition. If we continue with this apathetic approach we need to be aware that there are teams in this division that will eat us alive if we don't address our problems and my biggest question is whether or not we have a manager, or players, who have the ability to step up and be counted? I am really starting to think we lack that resource and if that is true I ask when someone will wake up to that sad fact and take some positive action.

 

Funny how you, and others always single out Memheti, yet give the likes of Knight & Twine a free pass. All 3 are there to support Armstrong and create and take chances, the other 2 rarely look like unlocking the defence like Memheti can

Beginning to think LM isn’t the answer either but am prepared to give him a couple more games
We should have got at least 4 if not 6 points from the last 2 games

Well people.if your happy taking a point from the side who sits bottom and has the worst records for the start of a championship season in history then you have the rose tinted glasses on.
We have four tough games next up Boro-Stoke-Leeds-Preston.

if he is still in the job where are the points coming from.

 

I think we all know the only person happy with only 2 points from these 2 games is you….
For some perspective, only 3 of the 24 teams in the Championship have lost less than our total of 2 so far…
We can get 3-5 points from those games, but it won’t be easy, no games in this league are.
