Where the **** is Miggy meant to be playing? twice its been pinged out wide to the right and twice he's been nowhere to be seen.
Howe is getting frustrated i think...just swapping everything around desperately trying to find something that clicks. If Newcastle had bought Palmer instead of Barnes it would have been a game changer ....Newcastle should cash in on Barnes if possible. Gordon will always be best on the left and Howe can't get Barnes in the side.
Was Palmer available and who was in charge of recruitment at that time, would that have been Ashworth ?? He was a City player loaned out to Chelsea for a season, so far more likely to stick with who he knows you could put that down to Ashworth then
I don't know I'm just saying it would've been better or perhaps if they signed a right winger for the huge fee they paid for Barnes. I'm not looking to assign blame to anyone. Barnes I feel some sadness for because he isn't going to get in the side much and he's not looking particularly happy.
