I'm going over for this and, to me, this match has more of a 'derby' feel to it than Boro.

It's a real grudge match, with obvious history, and a big crowd under lights.

I love watching Rigg and will try to watch him, as much as possible until he goes, but I'd definitely put Browne in for this.

Browne fits in perfectly, covers the ground and is happy to mix it if things get a bit rough ...

... I think he'd have been a good fit against Derby.

Happily we know that whichever team goes out they'll put their hearts into it. That's all I ask, they're not perfect and no team in the Championship is, but at least we know they're all fighting together and doing their best ...

... Ha'way the Lads, big surprise and a more convincing win than Derby, 3-0 and top of the league!!!

Hopefully a better atmosphere than on Tuesday night and the place is bouncing from the word go. I am not saying that the atmosphere was bad on Tuesday just a bit flat. I definitely think we will need the 12th man for this one. 13 if you count the ref.

Very tough game this one. Top of the league after a great start, but a win here would be the biggest statement of the season so far. I’d be happy with a point here, going to go for a 1-1. Wilson to continue his goal scoring spree.

I think Tuesday suffered from the quality of the opposition, it was always going to be a messy stop/start game with pretend injuries and a poor referee ...

... Leeds will be different, if it came to a choice of three point tomorrow or Tuesday I know what people would go for.

At least we know Leeds will be going for a win and that completely changes our game plan once again.

We're blessed aren't we, some forums don't come close ...

... he needs to take on an apprentice to cover for holidays etc <laugh>

It's like dry stone walling or barrel makers, we don't want the skill to die out.

One thing about the Browne in shouts. I’d probably agree with it. However I didn’t love the fact that when he came on the other night it led to us either having Browne as the second ‘forward’ in our 4-4-2 defensive shape, or we reverted to a straight 4-5-1. Hopefully that was just because of where the game was at that stage, but I don’t particularly like either of those scenarios ideally. Problem is I don’t love the idea of losing Jobe’s physically and grit from the middle of the park either!

Leeds have a good team but they're all over with their form ...

... over 70% possession yet managed to lose 1-0 to Burnley who had the better chances.

They had 80% possession at Cardiff, played an hour against ten men and only made it 2-0 in the last few minutes.

There seems to be half a dozen bookings, in games, so we'll have to hope the referee isn't shyte.

    Top dollar again RTB !!
I cant stand Leeds and hope we give them a pasting, we seem to have gone under the radar with the media as they are all for Leeds, Burnley and Sheff Utd, the kids over at the SOL havent really been given any credit by the usual Sky and bias local media. A win tomorrow might just give them all a jolt and make them realise we are serious contenders this year. That being said I expect a tight game but I am going for a 2-1 win. I still love the night time kick offs, will never forget climbing the steps at the rear of the Fullwell on a night to be met by the smell of bovril, and freshly cut grass, used to love it, can still smell it.

I have seen Jobe playing deeper alongside Dan in some passages of play and they looked fine together starting Browne ahead of Rigg or visa versa could be a good move either way, I am at a loss about formations and I will leave that to RLB. atm. hes doing OK so far.

Score draw for me. Looking at their possession stats I'm expecting them to control the bulk of the game and we will have to be solid and look to be dangerous on the break/transition/counter.

Expecting Isidore and Mundle to be important outlets for us, they really need to be winning free kicks, throw ins or find gaps through.

    RLB
    • 3 games in 6 days - it's a good opportunity, its the way we manage the games, after the second goal we controlled the game without the ball
    • It's important to score when you have momentum, for the next game it will be a different type of game
    • All the staff are involved and can bring their own experiences to the team
    • They (Leeds) are strong all over the pitch, they have a very good keeper, it will be a new challenge with new problems to solve
    • We can feel the energy of the crowd, that is important to us
    • Ian Poveda could be out for 4-6 weeks
    • He will need time to recover
    • Ballard could be involved (internationals) but we need to let him recover
    • It is difficult to assess the pathway of the team and the young players, the potential is here but we also have strong opponents
    • If we are involved the way we are at the moment I am confident, we shall see
    • We have to manage different phases when they have the ball that is the key point in this type of game
    • The first idea is to win games, the players have to make the right decisions on the pitch
    • We can help the players to find different solutions to different styles of play
    • Teams will look at options to beat us too, all opponents have strengths, my focus is on our strength
    • We are working on how we attack in possession, the team has to move with the location of the ball
    • The players close to the ball have to react if we lose the ball
    • Other players need to wait but they need to be ready when that opportunity arrives
    • I trust them

I love the way he speaks !

most managers would complain about the 3 matches but to him it’s a good opportunity!

Watching RLB's press conference with him explaining the way he wants the players to play and you just know none of the journalists have a clue what he's talking about!
