My wife was delighted with Millar’s goal. She has rated him from the start whilst I have been critical of his final ball. He had an excellent game tonight,
I wonder if the next 1904 pod will feature Baz eating pie of the humble variety... He gave Pandur 10/10 incidentally...
At the least he should be showing some positivity towards tim and what he's doing, he was very quick and open to criticise when he "couldn't see it"
I watched Zambrano closely on Saturday, and we don’t give him the ball enough. If you watch him before he gets it he knows exactly what players are round him and where he’s going to pass it usually. Classy player.
He’s definitely very frustrating, and still thought he was tonight. Always 10/10 for involvement but he has to choose a better option more often and when he does decide to just go for glory, actually do it with some control and finesse. Very nicely taken goal tonight though and well deserved.
One of the key differences this season is that we are a threat down both sides of the pitch. I feel like last season you could double up on Philogene and nullify our wide play and although I don’t feel Millar & Belloumi are quite to that level, the combination of them both will make us a better team imo.
looks like the last time we scored three or more in three consecutive league games was september 2012 when we beat bolton 3-1, millwall 4-1, both at home, and leeds 3-2 away. and then we got promoted.
Taken from a QPR forum: "As many have said, our fullbacks looked really ropey compared to theirs. Still, at least I wasn't bored witless tonight and we've been done by a fluid, vibrant and enterprising Hull side who look cut-out for a top 6 finish."
