We had always played nice football. Then Branfoot.

And he dropped Le Tiss.

Le Tiss started warming up on the touchline even when Branfoot had no intention of putting him on the field and slightly forced his hand a bit towards the end because it drove us fans mental seeing him there on the touchline but not on the pitch

 

Oh for a player with even 1/10th the ability of MLT

We had one attacking tactic, give the ball to Franny who would oik a high ball towards Dowie … that was it

… and Madison and the little Geordie guy (?) would just run around after the ball in midfield as I remember
