    Happy Birthday Cest

Looks like you got your ideal present.

I am underwhelmed but MON will have my support as SB did until the Wigan defeat.

I have no idea mate but the way this has developed with contact apparently taking place yesterday, according to some sources, would suggest to me that o neill was always the prefered number one target. Bruce sacked on Monday and o neill in discussions Wednesday.

I don't believe there was any others barring Hughes as plan b. I don't think there is a plan c.

This is the best managerial appointment in my lifetime mate with a manager who has the highest possible credentials. Name me a better cv manager for us in the last 30 odd years?

This is a momentous appointment imo. In fact a Club changing one.

Could not have put it better myself!! MON!!!! now this is the manager I have been waiting for someone with a bit of passion someone who will make the club feel alive again. Loving all the bitterness being spouted out and the mags bumping their gums again it all means one thing and one thing only.... they know and we know we have possibly bagged ourselves a top top manager :) (if it comes off)

O'Neill, top, top manager. I'm gutted. Still don't think you can beat us over the course of a full season, but I'm worried for the derby games now.
