Clearly you have had that stock answer in your sights for this one, but praise is due to the poster who had his finger on the trigger.
International break coming up, this is traditionally the time when clubs pull the trigger. I can see Martin getting the boot if they lose tonight. O'Neil must be under some pressure at Wolves and I reckon Dyche will get the boot as soon as the takeover is confirmed.
I think ONeil got a big contract boost in the summer. He might get time to turn it around. Losing Neto and Killman is a massive hole. Not sure the incomings have settled yet. I like ONeil so hope they dont panic, might be disappointed though the way footy is at the minute.
They've had a horrid fixture list to start so I think they'll give him time. They have quite a kind November and December so i'd hope they give him until Christmas at least.
That’s a good point Brentford, Man City and Brighton their next 3 games. They’d be doing well to gain many points there…
I honestly think Martin will be gone next. I really don't like him as a manager. Had 60% possession against Bournemouth and still lost 3-1. Just seems like pointless passing to retain the ball without creating anything. I thought they were lucky to go up last season and they possibly had the best squad. Would hate him here.
I went to the pub with friends to watch it, we left at HT, dont think they had anything nice to say about him, saying he a chavier version of Jones. generally believe they are on course of beating Derby's lowest points tally
Lad at work is from Southampton and he loves him. However this lad always thinks there going to beat everyone. Last season when we were winning 3-0 he was still saying they'll get something haha
Well he’s come out and had a pop at the players for a lack of effort last night, hardly conducive to team spirit, he’s one of those you could easily punch.
I knew I'd read that somewhere. I was watching his post game interview thinking he'll not be arsed in an hour or so when he's back home.
Good win for Coventry tonight which will calm the calls for Robins to go. Will Luton get twitchy fingers and sack Edwards? I'd say no but they've started really poorly. Lost a 2-0 lead at home to Oxford tonight. Cifuentes at QPR got a new contract the other day but they've started badly. Just 1 win from 8. Doubt he'll be sacked because of the new contract but if the form continues they'll probably regret the new deal.
I think they’ll beat Sheff Wed on Saturday too. Fully expect them to mount a play off challenge still. Good side for this level.
Two sides have sacked their coaches already, think the 9 sides above that havent could be the ones to pull the trigger and get rid, Considering 2 of those teams were being mentioned as dark horses ( In QPR & Wednesday) will be interesting to see what the results are this weekend and whether or not clubs will act and use the International break to get someone in,
