Well and birdie for me and a par for Mrs W to end the week. Me OOYYG YYYGG GGGGG MRS W OOGOO OYGOO OGGGO GGGGG
No it wasn't brilliant at guessing the answer. It simply did what I wanted it to do ie eliminate past answers, only use that part of the Wordle dictionary that is used for the games (that alone eliminates over 12000 words) and then eliminate words that didn't correspondent to the letters entered. There are so many ways that are less in the spirit of the game than my piddly system Even on the internet, available to all, there are sites that do what my system did (notice past tense). Eg Past Wordle answers: Archive of previous words | Rock Paper Shotgun Word Finder for Scrabble and Words With Friends My fun was knocking up a system that incorporated both these at the press of a button and revealing how many possible answers were left. Done that. Objective achieved. System deleted Some sites go even further which makes it totally pointless Eg Today's Wordle hints Before we show you today's Wordle answer, we'll give you some hints. If you don't want a spoiler, look away now. Wordle hint No. 1: Repeats Today's Wordle answer has xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Wordle hint No. 2: Vowels There are xxxxxxx vowels in today's Wordle answer. A par to end the week. Probably could have been worse. - one green - two greens at the back end - three greens and a yellow
I took the wife to a Night Club last night. There was a guy on the dance floor giving it large, breakdancing, moonwalking, back flips, the works. My wife turned to me and said, "See that guy? 25 years ago he proposed to me and I turned him down." I said, "Looks like he's still f*cking celebrating!"
Better late then never . . . . two juicies, no.s 2, 4 & 5 before an obvious one for another pretty one
Could have been an Eagle, could have been a double bogey. Stupid guessing game. Par 4 better than a fail though.
