My day job does not involve pointing out the obvious. Liam Manning's role at Bristol City is not a parallel to that of a Prime Minister, a PM whose consistent political convictions mean he wouldn't be able to work out what sex the football players are. "Lads, lads, err ladies, they them .."

I was merely saying it’s too early to judge the present government yet, give it time.

he has made multiple multiple times he has started as he intends to go on ... so true his past history of hindsight, jumping on the band wagon before the previous had actually vacated it so having to jump off calling opposite party MP's THEY ARE SLEAZE LIARS ETC ETC has come straight back at him Said he had cash donations declared as such now changes them to clothes ...

clarity...... her Keir £16,000 of suits shirts trousers shoes etc etc .... but entered into Parliament declaration book as received cash ... ummm did he EBAY them? now anyway in hindsight changed to entry into clothes .." I have trouble recognising what things are be they animal vegetable mineral or female!"

Imo all the it’s all just character assassination nonsense. Much more important is whether they manage to turn things around. If peoples lives are improved they’ll forgive/forget all this nonsense.

Rosie Duffield Labour MP quits party over sleaze and Two tiers hypocrisy.

Having a right pop at Starmer

“As Prime Minister, your managerial and technocratic approach, and lack of basic politics and political instincts, have come crashing down on us as a party after we worked so hard, promised so much, and waited a long fourteen years to be mandated by the British public to return to power.

Since the change of government in July, the revelations of hypocrisy have been staggering and increasingly outrageous. I cannot put into words how angry I and my colleagues are at your total lack of understanding about how you have made us all appear.

How dare you take our longed-for victory, the electorate's sacred and precious trust, and throw it back in their individual faces and the faces of dedicated and hardworking Labour MPs?!

The sleaze, nepotism and apparent avarice are off the scale. I am so ashamed of what you and your inner circle have done to tarnish and humiliate our once proud party.”

For me I’m far more concerned about their doubling down on removing the winter fuel payments. Removing the universal element is fine, what isn’t fine is the refusal to ensure the poorest pensioners aren’t protected. There should be a much higher threshold before the payments are withdrawn.
