Missing Mayenda massively. He initiates the press and is constantly blocking the passing lanes from defence to midfield. Isidor just isn't doing either.

 

I know it’s how we set up to play but it’s painful and quite stressful to watch when we are out of possession.

It's definitely that. Isidor looks like a wide player playing up front, which he is. Mayenda is a beast out of possession, one of the best in the league.

im not watching but we seem to have been happy for teams full backs and wingers to have it in every game. We defend very narrow

 

Sitting too far back for me allowing them too much of the ball.

 

Isidor is sharp mind , barely seen it but you can see something for sure in the lad.

 

Haven't seen us this narrow though. The two wingbacks have 30 yards of grass to move into constantly. So simple for Watford to get out of any tight situations.
