Chorizo and Bean Stew. Cannellini and Butterbeans, 2 tins chopped tomato's, 2 sliced chorizo's pre fried, smoked back bacon pre fried, onion, pepper and 2 spoonful's of hot pesto, tastes better the day after. If there's any left!

So my Broth is done, worried about getting brothesd out as only me eating it for probably 3 or 4 days. So decided on something different for a brunch (as I am hungry) Beans, with a spoon of marmite mixed in, with grilled cheese, on top of a slice of tiger loaf with butter (In my defence I am single even though living in the same house as my ex at the moment)

I love beans, all kinds of beans, Butterbeans, Haricot beans, Blackeyed beans, Kidney beans, Pinto beans, Borlotti beans.. you name it, I love it.

Nothing like making a 2 hour ragu with lashings of tomatoes, onions, garlic, herbs, olive oil and then drenching the beans in it. Unmatched with crusty bread.

It was very tasty, put a container in the air fryer with the beans and marmite, 2 mins before end put grated cheese on, carefully scraped onto toast so as not to break up the cheese which went crunchy, very nice it was

I’ve just bought some of those gigantic butter beans and giant chic peas in a jar. Thought I’d give them a try.

Mix and match different beans for the ultimate bean meal, keep in mind smaller beans cook faster and will go mushy sooner, so add them in an appropriate order.

Haven’t tried red snapper but had Halibut the other day, 2 pieces sat in a dish similar to what alcouth made. Lid on the pan 10 to 15 minutes, superb, but you can’t afford to eat for the next 2 days <laugh>

I love beans, my regular food in my most recent job was mixed beans in a spicy sauce, sliced radish, olives, silverskin pickled onions and feta cheese
