Rich would have turned 60 today.

Oddly I was just thinking about Rich yesterday, and how big a miss his perma-jovial attitude has been from the forum.

 

Great guy, sadly missed on here.

 

Absolutely, my thoughts also. Often think about him, & what his response would be to some posts on here, feel like I’ve lost a friend, in reality never met Kemps, such was his impact, so friendly, welcoming, supportive & humorous/witty. Let’s have a great result on Saturday for Kemps. Here’s hoping. UTT.

Was going to post about Rich's 60th birthday today.

I miss our chats at work about music, guitars and the hum drum of life.

 

For what it's worth I think he'd find this thread quite embarrassing.

He was generally a quite and unassuming person.

 

I miss him a lot
We never met in real life
Arranged to a couple of times and it just didn’t happen
And I so wish we had

 

Unfortunately we always think they'll be a next time don't we

 

Only just reading this as had a lot going on again. RIP, definitely seemed like a really decent guy. Terrible news.

Went to see Paul Weller on Thursday night at Connexin Live.

Not only a bucket list gig, but it's Rich's favourite artist.

So I thought a lot of Rich in that gig. Especially in the song Wildwood because me and Rich had chatted on how easily it was to play on guitar. Fond memories
