Yes. Bit of a worry if we are starting to get injuries. People seemed quite happy with the team selected beforehand.. Didn’t last long !
The most annoying thing was that `after we equalised we were in total control and should have been at least 2-1 in front (would Rajovic have scored the goal that Jebbison missed) and then messed up badly over the goals just before and just after half time, that was a game we could have been winning but another game thrown away by not having a goal scorer up front and a dominant central defender We will never know but would Bond have done better with the first goal or would Bachman have done better with the second and third goals Add a goalkeeper to the list of needs
Particularly against Man C! We potentially won’t be so wide open trying to attack to tomorrow as probably hardly have the ball to lose. Even someone like Porteous might understand you need to be disciplined against them and not rush out trying to play offside Hopefully.
I know you lot have Man City in the cup before you play us, do you think you will put out your strongest team or play the reserve team?
That’s fine then player your first team on Saturday then . what’s gone wrong since the first three games of the season, is this a blip in form or were the first three games the blip?
I don’t know but he is prone to it. As aside are we that fickle and impatient as football fans that already Jebbison is being dismissed as rubbish and not up to it ? Sure he missed a bad one on Saturday but are these the same people saying Bayo wasn’t up to it - same for Rajovic. Someone has to play up front and be trusted .
We’ve played better teams tbh in the last 3 games probably who take advantage of poor errors etc . Saturday was our first bad defeat of the season which will happen but the key is to respond well like you did this week after losing at Plymouth . But tbh we aren’t a great team and most fans aren’t expecting much more than mid table at best. I hope we as fans don’t over react as we accuse the Pozzos of doing that .
On our day we're capable of beating most teams. The difficulty seems to be eliminating the crass errors that we're prone to, which tend to be punished by the better or at least more than halfway competent teams. Coventry should have been out of sight after half an hour, and the teams we have beaten all had chances. I'm expecting Sunderland to do a slick, professional, job on us Saturday; let alone what citeh do to us in the week (even with a virtual second string) to ensure a difficult 8 days for TC and his staff.
