    There's been a couple of half decent song suggestions on CI, but unfortunately it will just be 'Nigel Pearson, he's a ****er, he's a ****er' over and over again, we don't tend to be very creative with songs at home games.

    I will applaud him and be grateful to him for been our manager and guiding us through yet another sticky patch in our history.

    You just have to look at Portsmouth and the mess they are in again to make you grateful for what we have.

    I think its funny that anyone thinks any shouting or jeering will make one bit of difference to him. Kean summed it up nicely this week really, when hes on the side of the pitch, he doesnt hear the fans he just concentrates on the game.

    All you'll achieve is not supporting our team, so, good luck with that.

    I wouldn't want to let the NP factor be too much of a distraction from the game, a game we should look to get back from winning ways on. With regards to Pearson himself I have mixed emotions, i'm grateful to him for rebuilding the team from what we came down from the PL with and giving us a brighter future. As another poster said, you only have to look at Pompey and then the likes of Charlton, Leeds, Forest and Bradford who dropped down even further. But I do feel pissed off towards him for the manner in which he just upped sticks from us when we were doing well to join another team, and a promotion rival at that. Also, is there anything happening this weekend to remember Gary Speed or did that happen for the midweek games?

    Pearson did sort out the mess we were in and is hardly irrelevant, but like everybody else i hope he gets dogs abuse and the sack at the end of the season
