They've got 36 hours given Stoke are playing Fleetwood at home tomorrow.

Did well at Plymouth but ultimately failed at his big move to stoke.

But saying that a lot of more established coaches have at stoke also in recent years. Seems to be more of a structural issue there from constantly chopping and changing.

We need to close the gaps between midfield and defence, we need to be a bit more sensible when having dead ball situations in the oppositions last 3rd, we need to stop launching pointless crosses and actually improve our final ball, and ffs we need to actually score a few ! Said it a few games back, this manager and squad desperately need a win, give them a belief this system can work at this level. I thought we improved second half against the blunts, but suicidal decisions need to be eliminated, including every fkn man and his dog camped on the edge of their box leaving us totally exposed to any counter attack. C'mon City, for the shirt !

For me it's a game where we should be playing not to concede and looking to nick a 1-0 with a lucky deflected goal, own goal, penalty or whatever.

We just need a win. The fantasy football can come later.

    Don't think that's how we'll play though, so we'll probably lose 2-1.

Both their goals from breakaways from our short corners again, in a game that sees us working hard to implement the manager's style.

    Tim'll see the positives.

    The rest of us won't.

im in totally agreement with you on closing the gap between midfield & defence but I think TW has the opposite view & wants to stretch it as much as possible….more gaps….draw the opposition in & then attack, attack, attack…..not really working so far!

Hughes is recovering from surgery. It'll be a while before he picks himself to play.

In agreement with you Ernie. Win by any means necessary.

I get the feeling Tim doesn’t see it like that and will play his way

Cannon is up front for them, that’s 3 players in 2 games that we were in for in the transfer window playing against us…2 strikers and a winger or am I wrong….probably lol

We are ****ed until Tim goes. I want him to succeed but he isn't going to. Seen it all before. It ended in relegation. Wish I'd put our house on it. Dare I do it this time? No. Acun is not Ehab.

Ehab realised he’d ****ed up pretty quickly with Slutsky and put it right.

Right thing to do. If anything when Acun came in McCann deserved a chance to prove himself.

Easy to say with hindsight but I think everyone on here wanted him out after he took us down!

He won league one and was sacked for it. No hindsight. Even at the time I said that's crazy harsh
