If ever a Park and Ride is built at kingswood it will be for those wanting to shop in Beverley. Who would use the Park and Ride to shop in Hull when everything under the sun is already sold on Kingswood? And the parking is free, unlike Hull City centre, which is one of the reasons Hull City centre is virtually devoid of retail these days. Cannot see it happening. I know one of the people who own the land this facility was supposed to be built on and besides a lot of hot air spouted at election times the actual will to purchase and build has always been lip service and nothing else. Like the 'plans' for walton street. As for those posting that City should sell Millhouse Woods Lane for housing and move somewhere else, again it will never happen. Yorkshire Water own the land and access at the end of the lane.
The trees and bushes on the walkway towards town are overgrown. Slowing down the exit from the Stadium. Article in HDM resident in Cave Street have been served a notice to cut back their hedge as it is impeding pedestrians.
I must have misheard someone when they said so many leave early as they didn’t want to miss the buses. Must have said they wanted to miss the bushes.
This is how you do properly ambitious stadium expansion!! Fulham About 10 new riverside bars / restaurants that will be open every day to boost income. I’m not convinced on the roof top pool!! A good friend of mine led the design team on this one , I will have to ask him about why a roof top pool at a football stadium lol
Honestly it looks amazing & makes maximum use of the riverside location..... the bars will be very busy, all day every day.... its going to cost me a few quid in taxis lol
Unfortunately no matter how many bars and restaurants are at the MKM no one is going to go in them to admire the view.
Depends how high you go.... anything over 6 levels i reckon you would have a view over the humber, perfect for a roof top bar. Make it a destination place...hotel, casino etc etc..... think we tried that before lol...... Pay me 150k & i will get a feasibility study over to you
