Very poor today. Gave the ball away very cheaply in the second half and couldn't cope with them wanting it! We were always going to have a game where we played poorly and lost, hopefully it will be a kick up the arse!
**** today but it happens. See how they learn from it. We’re never going to win every game of football
True. But I want fan reactions not excel sheets. We have to take it like that. We have been **** today. Really poor.
I think everything we did well last game we didn’t this game. We weren’t the organised unit and missed Browne for me and we won so many loose balls last game which helped us play. We lost many loose balls today especially second half and deserved what we got.
I'd hoped it'd be different under Regis as so much else is, but yeah it looks like the break killed the momentum those wins got us. I'm sure everything we need to improve on for the next match will be clearly explained to them.
He saved the initial shot, the whole team reacted poorly to the rebound, yet patto is at fault? My standards must be slipping
Frigging Rooney though, next week they better get their act together drop 3 or 4 players and start Isador that was mistake as well not starting him, teams who need a result always get it against us, Ballard though i dread this will go on and on.
We seem over the years to get arrogant when we start doing well. RLB will bring them back to earth on Monday. Keep the faith.
Really disappointing performance. The worrying thing is we looked defensively all at sea. Having looked rock solid first four games. Some playees had poor days at the office in that back line. I have to say I thought this would be a comfy win. Should have been when we scored 1st too. But lets be clear, Plymouth have some good players of their own. I dont subscribe to the view of many on Rooney as I think he has the chance to be a good coach still. He clearly got a tune out of his side second half and his subs were effective. For some reason I didnt see us react to their uptick in performance. Regis was slow to react in my opinion. His first misstep. Now vital go again. It is still a good start, but we musnt erode it with a run of defeats. A win next week crucial in my eyes.
What would more experience have done today? First half we were cruising and have gears to go up. Second half they had a right go and it went tit's up right at the end? What exactly would have experience down differently? A bad day at the office imo
I think Browne’s leadership was one of the reasons Rigg did so well last week. We definitely lost that bite and organisation. Isidor should also have been on on 55 mins for me.
Fine, but the pathway from ‘we’re never losing again’ to ‘every player is ****e’ shouldn’t be measured in minutes. Stuff said in real life tends to get forgotten quickly. When people post it on the internet they have a tendency to treat it as a deeply held belief.
