who are our best players?? What team do you expect? I honesty haven’t got a clue what we will see on the team sheet

 

At least with Walter there’s that pre game excitement because we know he’s going to go all out for the win, I lost that feeling a bit under LR

I couldn't say either. Hope the coaching staff have a better idea.

It's good we have options in most positions. Like, Millar might not play due to late travel rom the internationals. But I'd have dropped him after his last performance anyway. We have the option to do that now.

 

Confused as to why Hughes isn't getting in tbh

 

He's not on the bench either so presumably something is amiss

Puerta isn’t in the squad either. We were all concerned about having more than 5 loans, even with 5 two don’t get in the squad

 

Unless he is injured or unwell, I see no reason why Hughes wouldn’t even be on the bench.

 

Have we been sold a dud with Hughes? Wouldn’t be the first time…

 

Mate of mine a Wigan supporter was gutted when we got him, says he has the ability to go right to the top, so doubt it, especially given the amount of club s sniffing after him. I can only think he's picked up and injury or sickness recently

 

Hughes is a very talented player but he’s 20, he’ll break through eventually and he’ll never look back but McLoughlin and Jones have been solid in pretty much every game so far defensively and we’ll be up against it.

 

Not at all. It’s quite the opponent for someone to be dropped in, particularly for your debut. I have no doubt he’d have been fine

 

But to not even feature on the bench is strange unless he is crocked

 

Totally puzzling about Hughes and Puerta seen neither of them on the pitch. What gives?

 

When you look at that starting XI and bench and realise Hughes, Alzate, Puerta and Rushworth aren’t included at all, it might suggested we now have the opposite problem of what we had earlier in the summer. We now have ‘too many’ players.

 

I’m concerned the back four is the same. I think a lot of the problems have come from us being too slow out of the back. If they haven’t learnt anything in the last two weeks, we could be in trouble.

I do think we’ll be fine going forward though with Omur in the centre and Belloumi and Kamara as the wingers, supporting Bedia. I really like this.
