The only way it is acceptable is to reduce his wages enough on the new contract so it works out cheaper than his current contract total.

    Good morning all
Clickbait stories, why would we want to keep him, sadly his career is all but finished at this level, maybe move him to the coaching staff, but what would he coach ? How to finish/take penalties <yikes>.
<doh> When does the bloody footy start again.

Why would you offer a contract extension to someone who has barely played in the past three seasons?

If true, hopefully it's a job in the canteen.

Pass on his skills to younger players, how to fill in and present your sick note for the season, would be my guess

If the kit man leaves, Paddy could do that.

He'd probably miss the bin when throwing the kit in though.

There’s a safe way and unsafe way of getting onto the treatment table. Paddy has much to pass on….

I see in the news he wants to extend his contract beyond 26 as he is happy here. Who wouldn't be happy on those wages for so few games, I've heard of retired footballers playing more games than he has, fek him constant sick note and pleased to get rid if possible

Sign a new contract a promotion bonus but not pay rise, get promoted and sell him. If nobody wants to sign him is he really worth zero to us.

I hate saying this but you just know at some stage this season we’re going to need him

Meslier wants a new contract with a release clause if we don't go up.

Joseph told reporters in Spain that he would like to play in La Liga at some point.

Spain in general cannot afford uk based players. So it would have to be one of the top three clubs in Spain and he is not up to that standard yet.
As for Meslier can mr contract not sort him out with one in leeds interest unlike the harrison farce.

ok there are two that need forcing out , Meslier and Bam bam Bamford one is crap on distribution and keeps giving the ball away and can't save a shoe low and left, the other is a walking sick note stealing a living, who ever gave him the contract should be sued for incompetence.
