    I thought it was about 200k (unnoficially as everyone piled in without paying) at Hampden.

    Thats from memory though so probably something totally different

    There was officially 136k (or something near that) for the fa cup final with the white horse with unoffical estimates of 300,000 due to gatecrashers, so its probably not that one.
    Probably some Scottish game/cup final at Hampden.

    I was curious and looked this up...Surprisingly, perhaps, it wasn't a game involving Massive FC, if that helps..

    PS...The Maracana in Rio once got close to 200k for a game...I bet the bogs stank for a couple of weeks after.

    i'm going to go for a 19th century fa cup final as i've a vague recollection of one maybe having too many spectators. as for numbers, can't begin to. also don't want to look it up. as for numbers, no idea.
