Think we’ve got away with it on a technicality, ie, we weren’t in the premier league when we were charged. I couldn’t give two hoots!
I agree but also don’t care, this is a massive win and a 2 finger salute to the big 6 (this rule is to protect them after all)
So the PL couldn't charge us because we were a Championship side and the EFL couldn't do it because we were a PL side. They will both find other ways to f@ck us over in time though. David Coote will probably be the ref every week now
