I've obviously not watched the game but one third of passes going astray and 50% of duels lost are not usually stats you'd associate with "sensational". Either a typo from the person who posted it or there's more to it in terms of his impact.

Assume the video is from today, but our new Serbian midfielder, Milan Aleksic, got quite the send off from his club today. Presented with a framed shirt on the pitch with all of the fans singing his name and clapping him away.
He comes with a reputation of being the outstanding talent in his age group that n the country. Could he be as good as Jobe and Rigg? If he is we have a midfield three to compare with the best on pure ability, if not experience. What a time to be watching Sunderland. We will be talking about these three in the same way as our parents and grandparents talked about Shackleton and Hurley.

Hes pretty similar to Rigg with his technical ability - doesnt get stuck in quite like Rigg does but he will put a foot in Got brilliant technique tho, always looks to pass forward and often finds himself in shooting positions

Had my talk with my dad today. He doesnt watch anything anymore, but he tries to keep up to date via me. Nigh on 90. Rigg has become a keyword with him. Did Rigg play. How was Rigg. Etc. I went in today and went to make tea. Dad said stop that, did rigg do well. His only words were about time we had the top boys, only football club north of Leeds. Love chatting to him, but I always get the Trevor Ford story, and I bet I have listened 100 times. Love every telling. Never forget our history, we are a special English club. Rigg is now a paert of us.
