Johnson poor control and cross after a great pass to release him. Although there was noone for him to aim for.

That is such a poor decision by Kulusevski.

There’s no improvement from last season at all. Same personnel, same tactics and same mistakes.

Wait until the European games and the players get tired. Will be carnage

Very very disappointing game and an awful result. We are just not good enough in several areas.

He brought Werner on before that goal, v poor decision
Werner not coming in at the back post is more concerning, if Son checks his run then surely Werner goes back post to preempt the pass. Poor sub from Ange to bring on Werner in the first place.

    Gonna be a long season.

Apparently we had a good window though.

What was more predictable: us conceding the stupid goal on the break or WWE's Joelinton being involved in it?

Honestly don’t know why we bother even turning up to this fixture anymore. It’s our new “Chelsea away” <laugh>

Poor result that, just did not capitalise on all that early 2nd half pressure.

2-1 FT. Played well overall but failed to take our numerous chances and defended badly for their goals.
Missed our strikers and van de Ven, but we've got to be able to adapt to missing a few players.

There will sadly be plenty more games like this for the rest of the season, where we dominate across the pitch, fail to convert chances and just get hit by sucker punches.

I agree with DH, it's going to be a really long season but one we'll just have to grin and bear.

The club has committed to playing the long game.

. Spurs win this game easily if Solanke or Richarlison is fit. By far the better team.

Good window for exits but incomings were awful. Realistically Solanke and then teenagers who will be useful in 2026/27, needed a LB, DM and RW too.

That 2nd goal gets worse every time you see it. Madness defending.

    Do we?

Neither of them is a consistent goalscorer.

    And that's what we're lacking.

8 attackers, none of them can be relied upon to actually convert a chance.
