Didn't they score straight afterwards as well? Magic stuff, truly brilliant.

Scored in like 22nd minute, after the 11 mins singing had been done. Phenomenal scenes, hope we can replicate similar circumstances :)

I have a strong dislike for Leeds fans but that was mightily impressive from them!

I'm actually quite ambivalent about the whole thing.

Having read the details of what happened I think it would be best for fans to just let sleeping dogs lie. Yes, it's a tragedy, but he hanged himself knowing fine well that it would be a family member, maybe even a child, who would find him. In the end it turned out to be his wife and she'll have to live with the horror of that for the rest of her life, not to mention the trauma of losing a husband.

What a good way to introduce yourself. He was almost certainly a depressive, that f*cks up people's heads and decisions. Regardless of your (or my) opinion, people want to celebrate him, so live and let live (poor choice of words, I'll admit...). I'm going to the Newcastle v Swansea match on the 16th, and I'll be shouting 'Speedo' as loud as anybody else. You don't have to.

Is anyone else very interested to see our tribute this saturday...

I think it'll be a very strange feeling being in a stadium full of people mourning.

Hopefully we can do the lad justice.

I actually think the atmosphere will be brilliant at the Chelsea game, almost like giving him a good send off (poor choice of words?) hopefully we can repeat what Leeds did!
